If you believe your child may benefit from one or more of our services, here’s how to get started:

• Contact Your Pediatrician

  •  Schedule a well visit or appointment with your child’s primary care doctor to discuss your concerns.

 

• Obtain a Referral

  • Your pediatrician will assess your child’s needs and, if appropriate, send us a referral.

  • A referral is required in order to bill your insurance.

 

• Insurance and Private Pay Options

  • If your insurance is Tricare, Medicaid, or Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), we can bill directly once a referral is received.

  • If your insurance is not listed, your pediatrician can still send a referral, but private pay rates will apply.

  • If you wish to begin services before a referral is received, you may start services as a private pay client. Once the referral is received, from that point forward, we can transition billing to insurance for eligible plans (Tricare, Medicaid, or BCBS).
